Nowadays Advertising, Information and Analytical Centres have acquired the greater role and are on high demand in business co-operation between Russian and Arabic speaking entrepreneurs in GCC and CIS countries. Although, the proper practical implementation of the tasks which are set by our customers, starting from private owners up to government establishments, is our priority, being professionals in the Advertising and Communication fields, we don't confine ourselves to professional borders and interests only. We do not claim to be the first to put forward these ideas; we would not wish to be acclaimed for having proposed the new edition of their interpretation either, though we have considerably contributed to it. However, we consider it as unconditionally and absolutely our copyright since it is our thoughts that have collected all these ideas together in the particular order that we are presenting here. It is known that a human being has two types of maturity:

·  Inborn maturity – the one which is limited and not related to the will of the person,

"The studies of the nature and the reasons of a nations' wealth have shown that under the market economy conditions every person, being led by his own selfish motivation and pursuing his personal interest, actually participates in a big cause of labour division and increases common well-being as well as his own one." The overwhelming majority of people, as a rule, pursuing their personal interest increase common welfare in the first place, somebody else's, from our point of view, not their own. This happens to people who use the first category of human maturity.

Many people have achieved success because they are what they do, and they do what they actually are. To start with, we have to get rid of the roles we are being attributed with.

We have to return to our individuality, to get to know what we really want to do with our life. More freedoms bring more possibilities, more power and more responsibility.

In this world you have to clearly identify the meaning of your life, in accordance with scheme No 1, not to be confused about who you are, where you go, what you want, what you try to achieve and what it will result in.

Corporate entities, including LLC and Governments, face the same objectives as well, and there are two kinds of resources for achieving them:

·  Material resources

·  The results of intellectual activity.

The first one is the extensive way of development and its possibilities are limited.

The second - the intellectual resource and advertising and information techniques (AIT) – is an inexhaustible, intensive way of development that ensures economic growth and boosts scientific and technological progress.

There are three principal means at our disposal. They are – observation, reflection and experimentation. Observation helps to collect data, reflection combines them, and experimentation verifies the results of these combinations.

We don't guarantee that we can provide you with the solution for all your problems forever; however, we can show you the proper direction for your ideas within the range of our competence if you visit us. With the help of our information and advertising techniques and projects, you will be able to  master all the necessary information and bring it to the public's awareness (to every prospective specialist, businessman, manufacture and consumer). Question one: WHO IS HE? A human being. People have two kinds of maturity

·  To respect parents and their views and opinions.

Question three: WHAT DOES HE HAVE TO DO?

·  What are his wishes, so will be his will

·  What is his will, so will be his action

·  What is his action, so will be his destiny

As for a corporate entity, we will take our company as an example, since we know all the answers to the questions asked. We will show what is topical for such establishments, i.e. Advertising, Information and Analytical Centres, to become useful and on demand and required by existing partners and customers.

Question one: WHO ARE WE?  The International Advertising, Information and Analytical Centre.

There are two criteria defining our professional competence.

For several years we have been working in close contact with leading business-groups, PR and advertising agencies, information and analytical centres, Media-groups, publishers, printing press, TV and radio companies. We are thoroughly studying the situation in the country where we work, from the point of view of our competence, according to the legislation of the country, find out how we can be useful for this or that country, as a whole, and for people and corporate entities, in particular.

The more distance between the things that have been planned and the final stage of the accomplishment in these business projects, the more is the demand for our profession and our intellectual activity results. The more we work in this business line, the more results and efficiency are gained for both parties. Pursuing our personal interest, we actually participate in the process of labour division and, thus, increase our own prosperity, as well as common welfare.

A person in the Universe

Question one: WHO IS HE? A human being. People have two kinds of maturity:

Question two: WHAT DOES HE HAVE TO KNOW? To be able to orient himself in nature's laws.

·  For a person with materialistic outlooks it is the scientific explanation of nature's laws and the latest achievements of the scientists and the knowledge of the laws of nature and physics that a person would accordingly shaped by

·  For a person with idealistic outlooks it is the religious explanation of the nature's laws. It is about who created the universe, what is the latest legal code that has been sent to the earth that should be strictly followed

Only those laws can be considered as absolutely correct, that go ahead of the epochs, rule over the time from the very moment of their appearance. That is, they are not affected by the ages, are not influenced by any changes or reforms, are not being distorted and cannot be interpreted otherwise than in their original form. These laws can be considered absolutely correct and precise in this case only. They can be relied on and be known to secure the present and future.

"Just as in astronomy, the difficulty to acknowledge the fact that the Earth was moving, was to reject the obvious feeling that the Earth was immobile and the planets were in motion. So is it with history, where it is hard to accept the notion that a person depends on the laws of space, time and reason because of the obvious feeling that his personality is absolutely independent."

Question three: WHAT DOES HE HAVE TO DO?

·  What are his wishes, so will be his will

·  What is his will, so will be his action

·  What is his action, so will be his destiny

We think that everybody could achieve something great if he knew the answers to these three questions. Most people go against themselves only ending up in damaging themselves and thus do not achieve perfection. A human being wears his self by unconscious acts; it's because of these acts that the source of their activity runs short. All the types of human activity can be reduced to two verbal units only – to wish and to be able. Between these two extremes of human activity there is another form which is possessed by men of wisdom, it is 'to know' (to have information and knowledge), which provides our weak human system with an opportunity to remain eternally with a peace of mind.

All the information and ideas, presented here to your attention, are to show the directions of our observations, reflections, experiments and studies that have been developed over several years and which are based on the most advanced and up-to-date techniques.

To summarise all our efforts, time and experience used, techniques and knowledge applied, our mind and intellect, which cannot always be expressed mathematically, we can say that the size of our intellectual capacity, in figures, is quite impressive (it contains 4800 MB which is equal approximately to 1 000 000 pages of a large variety of documents, projects, drawings, charts, scientific literature and other information).

To test the validity of the results of our intellectual activity, we always took the best achievements of the human mind as a model, regarded those works that have been acclaimed by mankind during his history, from the Renaissance up to the present.

The above mentioned projects have been developed by a group of experts under the guidance of A.Bosso (based on the multinational company, located in CIS and involved in business co-operation between Arabic and Russian speaking entrepreneurs in GCC and CIS countries). There was no opportunity to finalize and realize these projects until the copyright was fully transferred to the Arab-Russ Media Group.

The final elaboration of the projects having been completed, we can now implement them (in the regions comprising CIS and GCC countries). This is due to the Arab-Russ Media Group, which was specially created in the most appropriate place to achieve the most efficient results in the areas concerned.
